Entrepreneurship Club

The entrepreneurship club helps students turn their ideas and passions into businesses and develop future business leaders. Students learn the art of being their own boss. They learn about marketing, advertising, and pricing for the items or services they want to provide.

During the school year 2022-23, IGNITE Middle School's Entrepreneurship team participated in the Pitch For Good competition sponsored by DISD's Personalized Learning Department.  IGNITE's team placed 3rd and was eligible to present their business pitch to an actual panel of angel investors at the Big Ideas Festival and gained invaluable real-world experience in ideating, designing, and pitching a business idea.
